Heart Tending Sessions - Virtual

I am feeling the pull to start offering virtual sessions!

These sessions will weave together spiritual care, deep listening, and energy work. We will listen to what is alive in the heart and tend the heart through witnessing, holding, and reflection. This is a space for emergence, honesty, rest, and replenishment. Each session will be unique and co-created, with the main intention being to hold a sturdy and grounded space for you to feel and be known in what is most alive within you.

I am offering these sessions at a reduced price for the month of May. Sliding scale $35-$75 for a 60 minute space together. Also happy to explore trade or other exchange if cost is inhibiting.
