Heart Tending Sessions - Virtual

These sessions are an open, sturdy space to receive deep witness and attunement around what is alive in your heart. 

We will begin by settling in and arriving together, then I will offer an invocation to open our space. After that, we will listen to your inner guidance and allow our time to unfold emergently and organically. 

There is nothing to prove, and no set goal or desired outcome. We will explore together what is possible through deep presence and listening, and through creating a field where the fullness of human experience is welcomed. 

During a session, I may invite the possibility of remote energy work if it feels aligned. 

My hope is that this is a space for emergence, honesty, rest, and replenishment. Each session will be unique and co-created, with the main intention being to hold a sturdy and grounded space for you to feel and be known in what is most alive within you. 

Session rate is sliding scale $45-$75, you choose what feels generous and affordable to you. Also happy to explore trade or other exchange if cost is inhibiting. Exchange can happen through my PayPal (@EmmaKoeppel) or Venmo (@Emma-Koeppel)
